Course Practical

Live demo & hands-on experience with Cutting, Brazing and Welding to familiarize with the variables of welding processes – i.e. OAW, SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW& SAW, influence quality
Live demo and hands-on experience with the methods of Destructive Testing – includes Metallographic (Macro & Micro), All-weld/Transverse -Tensile, Bend, & Impact-tests
Live demo and hands-on experience with Non-Destructive Testing methods i.e. VT, PT, MT, UT & interpretation
Making smart use of weld-gauges & tools by the participating welding inspectors
Observation, identification, and evaluation of the weld discontinuities & defects
